Most of it looks pretty good IMO. Why get 2 pitch gauges unless you need the standard size for a larger heli? The 401 gyro is great, but the 9254 is a standard size servo and much too large for the Rex. You'll want to get the Futaba 9650 servo for the tail rotor to go with the 401 gyro.

so the micro will work for both the tail blades and the main blades?

you probally want to get something a bit faster for your tail than what your using on the cyclic. You don't need as much torque for tail servos just more speed to keep the tail in one place.
