eagle 50 6ch 3d helicopter
 

i have an exceed eagle 50 3d 6ch electric helicopter, but it does not start, seller sent to me new set of the correct crystals (the first were diferent), but the heli no start, i don`t get respond from the control. seller did not answer to me after the ship the new set of crystals.
i`m begginer in this type of rc. helicopters are new for me, specially rtf electric helicopters like this. i reviewed battery and it`s ok, 8 AA battery in the Tx are ok
somebody can tell me what can it be the problem? why does not my helicopter start?. thank you. (sorry if my english is no so good, i`m from Perú, here we speak spanish)

make sure the switches are in the correct positions,

especially idle up,

some helicopters don't run if the throtle trim is to high,
