hacker brushless ESC setup
 

Just got a new brushless setup, does the ESC ( hacker 40-30p) need to be programed initially or is it ready to go. I ask because when i tried to use it it beeps once (which is normal), but when attempting flight power seem to cut on and off for no reason.

If any one has anny experience with this i would appreciate there input.
