Default Sapac T-45 ARF D/F - Exhaust Shroud

I managed to destroy the exhaust shroud that came with the plane while trying to install it through the hole in the tailcone. It is quite brittle, and split the full length. I intend to build a replacement but am having trouble figuring out what material to use and where to get it. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have run the fan in the plane without an exhaust duct installed, and it has a tremendous amount of thrust without the ductwork. I'm wondering if anyone has flown the T-45 WITHOUT an exhaust duct installed. If so, how did it perform???

I have used Asetate for thrust tubes, it works fine and is really cheap

this is the maiden of the Hawk last week (old version no retracts, no flaps) on the second flight I lost the canopy just after take off and few seconds later the exhaust abs duct ! the plane was still controllable although it was then aft CG, stock Fan & MB1 motor, Ice lite 100A ESC, 4S-3300 Ah 40C lipo, yes it flies without exhaust but have less power and sound is terrible...

the logging data of the ESc show a 100A +, on ground with a amp clamp max reading is 75 A any idea ?

should received soon the T45 Navy frm Sapac in Navy trainer scheme,
