Default Mini pro 480 fan

Need help installing the 480 fan adapter to an Het 2w20 motor ie; how much clearance should be provided between the fan adapter to motor case to prevent contact also prevent the back side of fan contacting the motor support area inside fan shroud, and any other advice will be appreciated.

Default RE: Mini pro 480 fan

First install the motor with the bare shaft in the hausing.

With a sharpie marker mark were the shaft exits the housing.

Measure how much is from the butom of the adaptor to the base of the fan of the adapator.

Leave a clearance of 1/8-1/16, so make a newmark below of the previus mark of the shaft of (botom ot fan base adaptor meausure- the clearance)

Hope this works.
