Default RCM F-4 conversion?

Has anyone done or heard of building the F-4 phantom from RCM, the one by Pavel Bosak (IIRC) into an electric DF? Seems to me, that with electric, one could try either a single DF or 2 smaller ones, if there's room.

Default RE: RCM F-4 conversion?

hey catspaw, i've been thinking of building this one too. Been told that a single 120mm edf unit would be more efficient (and sound better) than 2 smaller units. I recently bought a cheapo 127mm edf unit from hobbyking - i think its made by haoye model - and a helicopter motor, over 3kw. I have the plan from Pavel Bosak and might send it off to a kitcutter in England early next year along with another plan. Lemme know if you want to do the same thing, unless you use a kitcutter in the States. I am in Malta (Europe) so England is a better option for me.
Lemme know if you go ahead with this project
cheers
chris
