Default Attaching Hub to Motor Shaft - help

Hello, Iím finally getting to my EDF that will be using a Littlescreamers Motor with a 3mm shaft. Wondering how the aluminum hub/adapter (that holds the fan) is attached to the motor shaft ? Do I just rough up the shaft and use tiny bit of CA ?

Thanks. Bob

generally, it is either a tapered collet fit, set screws, or a press fit.
