Default fan balance

I have a sad tell to report. I have scratch built a 60 in wingspan Boeing 727 and powered it with 2 RC lander 64mm 10blade fan units. I got these from Fan Jets USA and they were not cheap. My problem is when I went to full power one of the fan units disintegrated and tore up the side of the aircraft. I have since repaired the 727 and replaced the fan unit. This time I noticed that both the old and the new RC Lander fans were horribly out of balance and the vibration was unacceptable.

Does anyone know how to balance a fan unit. I tried the top flite magnetic balancer but it didn't help much. I am now able to go to full throttle but the vibration is still what I am concerned about. I contacted a Mr. Hun at the factory in Hong Kong and he said he knew of the problem. I was able to order new fan unit and motor as when the motor disintegrated it broke the motor shaft.
First flight tomorrow ,05/13/2020, if the motors hold together.
