What's the conversion formula for Newtons to pounds?
Man I love this site!! I haven't been on a Porsche site since finding this one (for which my wife is eternally grateful, as expensive as EDF is it's still cheaper than Porsche parts!!)!
Here's my question: What's the formula for converting Newtons of thrust to pounds or ounces of thrust?
Thanks

Pounds force = Newtons x .2248
or, inversely,
Newtons = Pounds force x 4.45
You can remember this by the fact that 4 apples (a fruit Newton knew intimately when it fell on his head) weigh approximately one pound!
