Maidened my hawk on the weekend,
2 clicks of right aileron and it was groovin nicely, great flyer!
The landing was a little rough and hot, this air frame seems quite slippery!
Broke both the mains out, opened up the wing to find the main landing gear blocks
to be hard balsa with the anchor hole drilled right at the edge of the block.
Going to install some hardwood blocks and try again this weekend.
Other than that what a great plane

May I ask what setup you use? Im thinking of buying the same model, however have been looking into EDF flight times and to be honest they appear a bit grim, can you shed some light over the subject or are they really as bad as the calculations seem.
