NEW to Jets

Hello,

Istarted in this hobby 35 years ago, my first Radio was an Expert by World Engines andI hadSuper Tigre engines, for those of you that remember. Still have one kit over 20 years old Ihave not built. Ihave not flown an RC plane it quite some time. I would like to get into flying Jets, but know Ineed to get rusty skills back up to speed, therefore Iwas thinking of starting with a RTF Electric.

Iwould prefer a larger plane, but would appreciate any guidance to something docile and good for low speed landings.

Thanks

You might want to brush up on your rusty skills first. EDF's while fairly easy to fly do have some quirks that require sharp skills at time.
IMO.

Best all around, easy to(for a EDF) fly and durability I would buy an E-Flite Habu. You can either hand launch or use the included wheels. I have over 75 flights on mine and used it as a trainer for my BVM Electra. There are many cheap EDF's out there and I have seen guys bring them to the field and get 1 flight out of them. If you total the airframe it can be replaced for $100.00. Transfer all the parts and go fly again. It is a foamy but is well worth the money.

Hi!
I restarted my rc hobby after 2 years.
My first plane was then flyfly Mirage, Wemotec 90mm fan and Arc 36-65-1,5 engine on 6 sell battery. Flies like a dream.

The foam Habu flies great and is inexpensive, will be a good stepping stone to the faster and more powerful jets for you.

Habu it is then, looked at some of the info last night seems to be the right one thanks. Going to get one this weekend. Trainer went well, LOL, like riding a bike.

One more question gang are the computer "training" Softwares any good or fun ?

I only have experience with RealFlight but yes, the simulators are great. When you crash just hit the reset button instead of putting your plane in a trash bag.
