KMP F-18
 

i have recently purchased a KMP F-18 fighter jet(air frame only) problem is the motor and ducted fan unit r not available thru KMP at the moment. the plane has a 44" wing and a fuse length of 68". the test vid shows the plane being flown on a 3s but stated that a 4s would be better, thats all info they gave. if anyone can offer any suggestions it would b greatly appreciated

It's a nice size, but, will require a ton of work to make it into anything. A good modern 6-8 cell system would probably work fine. You will need to create fan mountings, ducting and reinforce the wings for sure. Then there is the finishing which will need at least a water based polyurethane finish. A cheap initial price, but, a lot of work. A major project in my opinion.
