Paul did somebody capture video you can post? |
Bob John “justwingit” did and will post soon on youtube paul |
That looks very cool, what power system did you fit to it?
|
I used parts from the Freewing A10. The power system is 80 mm fans with 6s 5000 packs (2). The A10 weighs 12 lbs so I will need to replace the retracts for this heavier model. It flies very well and has good performance for what it is, although I won’t be doing aerobatics other than the occaisional roll. The model is built of blue foam carved and sanded to shape with one layer of fiberglass put on with epoxy paul |
More than enough power for it to be scale, looking forward to some video, how does it sound, the twin fans get the beat sound going or did you avoid that?
|
Any video of it yet??? :)
|
Not the best video but you get an idea of how it performs. |

After a repair I repainted as a Navy T-39.
