freewing F 16 Jet front landing Gear

the front gear on this jet just dont like to land in a cut grass runway. the wire bends I would like to know a fix would be to use a stiffer wire and bigger wheels . do you think it will help.

If it's only 3mm wire I would go up to 5mm, that should hold well with your current issue. Larger wheels would definitely help but look rather silly on the jet.

Thank you for your information changing the wire would be easy and the wheel using a larger one yet not larger than the mains would that not look so funny?
