Default XH or HP/PQ Balance Adaptors?????

Hello, I am a rookie electric modeler. I have Turniqy 5.0 6 cell 22.2v batteries, a X4 AC Plus Charger, a Castle Phoenix Edge 100 ESC, and EC5 connectors for the batteries/esc/motor for an electric jet. But guys, I have no clue which of the balance adaptors that came with the charger to use with my batteries. Could I get a bit of education as to the use of the two types of balance adaptors and any other advice you may have to give such as charging current, etc.? Please? Many thanks. Chic
