Default Trimming an Electric Helicopter

Hi,
I would like to know how to trim my heli so that its stays in one place.
I have used the trimmer on the centre right fully up and the bottom right set fully right now the heli settles but it could do with trimming just that bit more.
I have heard that you can change the servo arms. Any ideas on how to get the heli to sit there rather keep moving to one side or any help on the servo arm would be great.
Also i would like to connect my Zhen Hua PCM-4CH transmitter to a PC flight sim any cable pin out to a 4 pin mini din to 9 way serial port would be nice too.

Ash
