Would an LP 3000 mah nimh pack that is called LP ,sc that is rc car battery work for a plane like the pt electric. they both take 3000mah.? or is it about weight? r they both the same?

They're essentially the same battery in this case. There are still a few planes out there that were originally designed to use a 6-cell Sub C NiCd pack, which is the exact same pack as a car.
