Default RE: Best, servo, receiver, speed controller and battery for Slow Stick

GWS sells a complete flight pack just for the Slow Stick, including servos, speed controller, receiver, and 6-cell battery.

This Hitec package from Hobby People is also a good choice, but you need a battery: http://www.hobbypeople.net/gallery/758952.asp

For a battery, I would recommend an 8-cell pack of KAN650 cells or CBP650 cells (www.cheapbatterypacks.com). The 6-cell battery in the GWS pack will fly the plane, but the 8-cell will give you more power.
