What is the recommended voltage to dishcarhe a NiMh battery too? I have a TrickRC 9.2 V 8 cell battery and a multiplex charger. What is the recommended discharge voltage to target? Is there a good site for going over the general care of NiMH batteries and discharging procedures?

with nimh it's simple,,,, dead is a good target. you want it as low as you can get, there is argument to this but nimh build memory, not as bad as nicd but they do, it's not nessasary to do this every time you use it but it is a good idea to do from time to time, just don't make a habbit of short use of only a volt or 2 and then recharge it, run it down good before charging

Thanks for the information. SO if it was your battery and you had to enter a actual voltage into the charger for the discharge cycle what value would you feel comfortable going down to with an 8 cell 9.2 volt batter pack? 2 or 3 volts before it starts the charge cycle?
