Need help selecting gearbox and prop....

I have a wing dragon and want to up it's performance without having to change the motor or esc or battery. Right now it has a 380 direct drive and 7 cell nimh pack. What gearbox and prop combination would give me more thrust? I need a little more power to carry a camera. Thanx.
