It means GWS should start cooperating with the people who are willing to Americanize the manuals for almost free.

Sounds like a 45 degree cut on the elevator so that it doesn't interfere with the edge of the horizontal stab when the elevator moves up and down.

Here's an online version of the Slow Stick instruction manual from the GWS USA web site:
http://www.gwsus.com/english/service.../slowstick.htm

Perhaps the language is better than in the manual that came with your plane.

RE: Slow Stick Newb HELP!!

I have a Slow Stick unbuilt while I wait on parts. I searched the net for "slow stick" and found a great article on building your slow stick complete with pic's. http://www.rcuniverse.com/magazine/a...?article_id=75

I also found one on RC Groups called (I think) an annotated build for the Slow Stick. It to is very helpful with pic's and instructions. http://www.verrill.com/rc/ss/

Copy the above links and paste in your address box ( I don't know anything about computers either) and you should get great articles for building a slow stick.
