Swift Problems

Well I have flown my Swift about 6 times. The first three with no problems, no crashes. Recently I have had a stability problem that seems to be getting worse and I have yard darted it in several times now. The little tab that holds the wing spar is broken so I ran a CF flat rod from one wing to the other through the fuselage and taped it to the under side of the wing to keep them together and "pinch" the fuselage so the wings cant move. It seems to work but I have not had a successful flight with it yet. The problem seems to have started after I had to remove the circuit board to re- plug in the wing connectors. I have replaced the wings with no success.

When I had launch it it climbs to about 20 feet then wing tip stalls to the right every time, spinning into the ground. When I did get it into the air the control surfaces were very un stable. I feel confident in my skills flying it. I was doing perfect touch and go's with it previously with no stall problems. All the contol surfaces seem to respond to input with no gliches or arrent movement. I think its one of several things; 1- the cg is off (although I didnt' change anything). 2- the body is so out of wack that the wings are not centered, that thye may be "racked". 3- the thrust line is off. The motor mount has taken a slight beating. The internal brace for the motor on the sides have cut through the plastic body. I have put it back were it should be and did the wire tie mod to the engine. This is fustrating. How bad the thing now flys you would think the problem would be obvious. Any input is apprecated.

A little about me - I learned on a ABC that I got pretty good with but with boredom comes risk and I beat it up pretty bad so that gave me a reason to buy the swift.
