Which servos

Hi, Could anyone please give me some advice on which servos to use with a Slow Stick? I have two Multiplex MPX-Tiny-S and two Hitec HS-55 servos.

Thanks

Brian

The 55s will work good on the SS pretty much any servo will work on a SS it's all a matter of where it's gonna ballance depending on what you use

Thanks for that, I was going to use the 55's anyway so you have just confirmed it.

Cheers

RE: Which servos

In addition to my previous answer, if I use my 55's what is the best way to connect them to the servo retainers. I would have thought that there should be some sort of rubber washery thing between the servo and the plastic retainer. The boxes that my servos came in only have the plastic control arms and a few screws. So could I get away with just screwing the servos directly to the retainers? Or what?

Thanks again

Brian

P.S. I am a brit (Welsh) and I posted a similar question on a Brit forum and was disgusted at the way I was treated. I never have anything but good constructive help from my American cousins. :D

Brian yes you just screw the servos right to the mounting brackets of the SS
you will want to get the servos as far forward as possible, don't glue the wing mounts or anything that slides on the fuse untill you are sure you have your CG figured out
then only use a drop at the front and rear of the mounts, this will allow them to break free in a crash and not break your CF fuse
