.25 volt imbalance

My Thunderpower charger tells me .25v imbalance when its done charging a 3s lipo, is this anything more than a performance problem?

Sounds as if one cell is failing... they should all be within .02v

Is this a balancing charger? If so, then the cells should match. If it can't get them to match then you likely have a failing cell or the charger is defective. The whole purpose of a balancing charger is that the cells will be nearly perfectly balanced.

.25V will likely get wider over time.</p>
