Man this is a good looking plane. I wonder what size Saito would be best?

well for a scale spped and something not to heavy would be a Saito 40 on 35% or for more weight and power then the 56-62. If i was going to do one it would be the .40 with a 10x8-11x7 APC on 35%

I bet it could handle a FA-62a. I've got a FA-40a in a Great Planes Combat plane with a 39" wingspan.
Over-powered yes, but certainly not overweight.
