Default RE: kv to rpm comparison

One of my bench tests last night exposed something I did not expect.  Same prop, same ESC, just changed the battery.  Both batteries were just off the Triton charger.  Battery 1 was a Thunderpower 7.4v and 2100mah, while Battery 2 was a 7.4 Thunderpower 2450mah.  First battery only spun prop at 8100rpm, and the next battery, 2 minutes later spun the prop at 9100rpm.  One drew 39 watts, and the other 44 watts.  Prop was a folder that is 7 x 5.5 and RPM was measured with a handheld optical reader.

The more I tinker with this stuff, the crazier it makes me.  I'm guessing that the larger capacity battery did not suffer the same degree of voltage drop, hence the RPM difference.

yes that is it and the higher the C discharge the higher the volt for the motor = more power. a watt meter is very help ful in testing batterys and props to get close to where desired ofr flight. The new data loggin speed controls help for in flight too.
