BOCA Bearings at one time had informnation on all engines and the replacment bearings. I have used several with good results, and at a reasonable price. LOOK FOR THEM ON THE NET FLATHEAD 4

Unless you can replace the crank pin or have it hardened this is a bad idea. The stock crank pin is to soft and needle bearings will cause it to spall in about 45 minutes.

Hey Ken, what are you using for the crank pin material on your conversions? I have yet to find anything that is hard enough to hold up for longer than 6 to 8 hrs in my ST90's.

WOW Terry, genius idea. That's my answer, thanks.
Also, Thanks go to you Ken. I may yet need the hard ground dowel.

Hi Ken,
Is there much chance of installing the same bearings on the rod for a 1.35 Moki? I guess Moki does make a Gas version...but in very limited runs??? Thanks Capt,n
