Hi Andrew,
The pictures above are the parts from Morris in UK.
I am sending him CH stuff.
For saito 325 and 450 I have a videos.
The 325 is only glow.I am not sure that a regular carb will work for this engine.
The 450 is gas.

I have several Saito and am thinking of converting some to ECDI and either methanol or gasoline. But I don't like the smell of pump gas. I use Coleman lantern fuel in my Zenoah G23 ECDI with very good results and it smells great. However, It is only about 53 octane. What octane does the Saito 120abc or 180 need with ECDI? Is aviation gas a safe substitute for pump gas? What oil percent should I use? Thank you very much.

Hello Richard, I have a FG20 , FG36 and converted FA150 and FA270T. Run them all at 20:1, and use no ethanol gas. The 150 I have an extra intake with the stock carb and the 270 can reinstall the stock carb so can run them on glow also. Also have a Webra 10cc and a MVVS 120T on cdi that with the stock carb will run gas or glow. Plan to run them at 20:1 gas also. For glow, on these European and K & B engines I use lo-nitro 20% lube with lots of castor, otherwise, 10% nitro 17% lube with a dash of castor for good luck. Do believe SrTelemaster has been experimenting with less oil on his converted Saitos.

I have converted MANY glo 4 strokes to gasoline, including machining my own hall sensor brackets, prop hubs sometimes, and all the Walbro/Zama carb adaptors. I'm running oil no richer than 50:1 using Stihl's premium synthetic oil (in the silver plastic bottle). My experience is that glo carbs needle valves are too coarse to work for very long on gasoline without constantly chasing settings. So I've learned to just go for a regulated carb, like Walbro, right away. I recently did a gut check on that, and converted a Saito 320 4cyl 4 stroke Pegasus to gas, using the glow carb. Same thing, way too sensitive. The touchy balance between idle mixture, good transition, and a top end mixture is hard to resolve. Put a Walbro on it, and boom, runs like a watch. Also, I have learned that Av gas runs too hot, shortens the engine life. The ethanol evaporates as it combusts, thus cooling the engine. Works much better in my opinion. A friend's converted Saito 150 developed a tiny gasket leak at the carb adaptor, and he was running av gas. The engine cooked, and was never the same after that.
