Where to find lawnboy? I have gotton it at Sears before, but the one I went to recently no longer carries it.

Lawn Boy has been a orphan for a number of years. Recently owned by IDC, it now belongs to MTD

I found it at Home Depot in San Antonio. Maybe you have a Home Depot in California.

I guess you guys are talking about the oil and not necessarily about the engines? I have had a Lawn Boy weed whacker for 20 something years. Eventhough it says Lawn Boy all over, it is a Ryobi in every detail except the name. I used the Lawn Boy oil in it for years.

In the last few decades, Lawn Boy has just been a marketing name. They do not make oil, I doubt they even package it. They purchase it already in the bottles from someone?

Whoever has the rights to the Lawn Boy name and its been kicked around a lot over the years, just distributes the little bottles.

You need to find out who really makes the oil?
