Homelite

Can someone tell me the dimensions of a 25cc and 30cc homelite piston? Diameter, overall height, wrist pin bore, etc. I am loking for a homelite piston, but don't know the size of the engine and info is not available (1982 homelite "waterbug")

RE: Homelite

Just go to small engines shops. They toss out complete weed whips ect. I give em a little money and that helps get more. Got 14 engines in last couple of weeks. Last one is a weed whip that had a broken drive cable. The engine starts and runs perfect. It had a 3/4 tank of gas in it too. Some engines had new parts in them also. Small shops in rural areas is good. Capt,n

Look into the exhaust port. If it has a bridge in the port, it's a 25cc. If it does not have the bridge, it's a 30cc.

25cc - 1.312
30cc - 1.437
If it's a stock homelite 25cc , it will have a bridge in the exhaust port . If it's been modded the bridge might have been removed .
