I buddy gave me this engine, he does not know what it is, neither do I. Its around 40-46cc suppossedly, came off some kind of brush cutter heavy duty trimmer. Any ideas???

I'll try to find some specs from the Tecumseh site, or maybe some have been converted on this forum, gives me a place to start!

As usual Ralph is right on target. It is a Tecumseh 50. Here is a picture of one done by Kieth Baker at BME.
