Craftsman trimmer engine???
 

I have a craftsman trimmer engine that I found in the trash. The carb is located on the bottom of the engine and the muffler is on the back of the engine and held on with springs. Does anyone know what make and size this engine is? Is it worth converting? Thanks.

Its either a 25 or 30cc.I had one.I still have the reed block and the reed.Its cream or a cloudy color case right.If i remember right check the rotation on it.I think it is CW.Between the springs on carb and CW rotation i saved carb,reed block,reed,threw the rest away.I think it has needles on crank also.Check these items out first to see what it has and then post back.There was a person that converted one and had it for sale either here on on ebay.Said it ran pretty good.
