DL50 IGNITION BOX
 

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anybody can tell me is the DL ignition box will work on a DA50. I have recently installed the DL50 box on my DA and I have no spark.

the magnets are probably mounted with opposite polarity, if you are using the hall sensor from the DL with it's EI, see if you can take the hall sensor out of it's bracket and flip it over, then it'll work on the right polarity...

why do you presume that the magnet polarity is inverted????????????The resones for a NO SPRAK situation are many.

yes there are many reasons, but going between two engines, that is the first thing that popped into my mind assuming the battery for the ignition is good, the hall is timed correctly and with a decent space and aligned with the magnet...

a quick test if I am correct would be to swipe the hall over the magnet upside down and see if there's a spark...
