I JUST BOUGHT A SAITO 120S.ON THE BOX IT SAYS 120S( SPECIAL).CAN ANYONE TELL WHAT THE (SPECIAL) IS ALL ABOUT?

Don't know. I have one NIB too. May be it's a Church Lady Edition.

120S

The Saito 120S has the gold valve covers and a little different cam timing for more power than the original 120 Saito I think it may also have higher compression

MY 1.20 S HAS SILVER VALVE COVERS,I GUESS IT DEPENDS ON WHEN IT WAS MADE.

Saito 120s

My 120S also has polished aluminum (silver) valve covers.
