As to your mail Disney1, i did not know. sadly, i have two stock batteries. i will upgrade to 2100 mAh batteries as soon as i confirmed that my crazy idea will work. i think it will end up being cheeper that way, and far less tragic if they where to exsplode in flame, as most things seem to do on the belt-cp.

thanks again for the continued help

The 5 blade rotor head should work , as long as the shaft is the same diameter.
I saw some video on youtube a while back. Looked very stabel, and may be just what you are looking for.
A rotor head that will work on a Trex 450 will also fit the Belt CP v1, v2, CX, and CPX, they all have 5mm main shafts.

Hope the videos help.

Hi, I have an Esky Belt CP-V2. I have been thinking about upgrading the motor and ESC. I saw many motors that have a shaft dia of 3.17mm. Will that shaft size still work in this heli? The original motor is 2.3mm shaft size and a 3800KV motor. I'd guess a better motor would be a little higher KV? Maybe just more watts and the right gearing?
