Default Is the Honey Bee CP3 Worth buying used?

So there is someone that is selling a Honey Bee CP3 where I live and all they want is $40 for it. It comes with all original equipment except that the battery is dead and won’t hold a charge. My concern and question is that is it worth investing the time and money in the Heli. I am new to helicopters and this would be my first one aside from a 100 size heli that I messed with years ago that was purchased at a mall. Here is the add that I am looking at listed below. An experienced opinion would be great. Thanks
Here is the link

Hi NavyJay007, Let's say that the equipment's are all original, how sure are that they are in good condition when it comes to flying. It is better for you to buy brand new Honey Bee CP3 if you really want that heli. The second hand heli is not worth it.
