Discussion - lama v3 crazy throttle

hello guys i need your help, any help. i got a lama v3 and lately the throttle has had some glitches meaning the bird will throttle up and then back down to its original position for no apparent reason nor input from the tx. it seems to happen a lot when i hover only and it is becoming quite frustrating since i am flying indoors. has anyone come across this problem yet, i am about to buy a new motor (i think that is where the problem is but i could be wrong).

cheers.

dont you mean motors as it has two of them.
Throttle opeing up means more then just one motor if it was only one motor it would spin right so stands to reason the MOTORS are getting a signal to speed up from somewhere like the controller or the tx
The pot on the gimble of the tx may need to be sprayed out with contact cleaner (first and cheapest fix to try)
after that its probably the controller that needs replaced.

yep i guess it does make sense about the two motors my lama being a coaxial bird. then what are the odds of getting two faulty motors at once hey... i will definitely try the spray in the rx and check the 4-in-1 again if needed (i already went all over the solders so far). i will keep you posted.
thanks for your reply funflier
