Default KDS800 Gyro on Belt cp v2 question

My KDS800 Gyro arrived today. Removed the OEMand installed the KDS.

The wires have been connected in the same place on the RXand in the same orientation. The gyro works, however the GAIN dial on the stock TX doesn't do anything...

Is it suppose to? There's no gail dial on the gyro itself, so I tend to think it should. Is it possibly the yellow wire needs to be reveresed on the RX? Will this have an adverse effect on either the GYRO, Tail server or RX?

I was very careful to make sure of which plug went where. Its a 2.4ghz model, so the RX is right underneath the frame

Thanks

Try turning the gain plug around and see if that works. That's what I had to do with my GY520.

Hey,

Thanks for the suggestion, however it didn't work. No gain.

Anyone else with one of these gyro's ?

Thanks

I'm pretty sure its working now, all the wires are in the same spots, perhaps I missed one of the pins...
