Hi,

I'm sure some other folks will come along and offer more help. I've never used the Telebee gyro but I did find this info that might be of some help to you. Skim over all of this stuff and see if anything jumps out at ya.:

RE: Telebee setup problems

I had the same problem with my futaba gyro. What I had to do was flick the reverse switch on the gyro. This reversed the signals sent to the tail rotor servo.

What was happening was the signals sent to the servo to correct a left yaw were moving the servo arm in one direction to correct the yaw. But as the servo was mounted differently then what the gyro was set for it caused the tail to spin more to the left. If the servo was re-mounted back-to-front without changing a thing on the gyro then the signal would have corrected the yaw. Instead of re-mounting and flipping the servo back-to-front there should be a swith allowing you to reverse the signals on top of the gyro. Its marked by "Rev" on my futaba.

Hope this helps and isn't too confusing... I feel my explaination could have been simpler. Let us know if it makes sense and if it solves your problem.
