Flight sim?
 

Well, I really want to get started into helis. :) I'm going to get a HB King II. I want a sim to avoid crashes lol, so what would be a good inexpensive one for me?

There are a few FREE sims out there as wel that are just as good as the ones you pay for... Try doing a search as this topic has been covered many times.

FMS will teach you orientation but has c.r.a.p. graffix.....

I like the ClearView ($39 shareware - now and for all future upgrades) flight simulator, that works perfectly with the E-sky flight sim USB controller (about $20). ClearView has photo-realistic sceanery, lots of free models to download (including the HBK2 that I could never find for FMS (which does have terrible graphics)), and the ability to do weather and various training modes. I think it could probably do 3D if you had a model definition set up for it, but I have not tried that....

Get an Esky USB sim cable and you can use the King 2 transmitter with a free FMS ([link=http://www.flying-model-simulator.com/]download free fms sim here[/link])
