I am wondering if anyone has, or is aware of, any club that has obtained a grant for the exclusive purpose of constructing an RC flying site. I am not referring to the AMA funds. I am also not looking for examples of communities that got grants for a 'community activity park complex' or the equivalent.

But is anyone aware of a community (city/county) that got a grant for the sole purpose of building a model airplane flying site? If so, do you know what was the agency (like Fish & Game), that provided the grant monies.
