FIVE WEEKS TO 2013 AeroFest... Get your planes ready and come down to Miami for a great day of Giant-Scale flying. Any model with a WS of at least 80" can fly... 60" for multi-wing. Scale turbine powered models allowed but pilot must have the appropriate AMA Turbine waiver.

The FAA has issued a NOTAM/TFR for Miami Metro area from Nov 8 thru Nov 9 at 4:00 PM. The area affected includes our flying field. It is necessary to reschedule the event to next Saturday, November 16, 2013.

The weather forecast looks acceptable... cloudy with some wind. Big planes can fly in the wind, if it rains, we have covered areas.... See you Saturday!
