Iguana cup 2014 tegucigalpa, honduras
 

Hello there ladies and gentleman, for about Nine years Iguana Cup has been taking place in Tegucigalpa, Honduras in the Military Base in Tamara, for me this is my 3rd year and Hondurans sure know how to put on an amazing event together, this weekend of 2014 we have countries starting from Panama, Nicaragua, Guatemala , EL Salvador, USA and of course Pilots from Honduras, many of them which drive through country borders, we have many Jet Aircraft starting from smaller trainers, F-16, Hawks, T-45, Cougar, Vipers, MB339, Mibo A-10 and so on, along with many amazing 3D Pilots including Danny Dominguez from Panama and JP from Guatemala. This year Iguana Cup brought from the USA a 20 ft container where pilots sent an A-10 from MIBO, MB339, Ultra Lightning, Viper, Euro Sport Typhoon, Hawker Hunter an awesome scale MD-500.
Iguana Cup takes place in a Military base in Tamara, Honduras with an amazing club, runway is 300M or 900ft with an amazing geographic view, with a hill pretty far out and sure makes it challenging fun for landings, there is no doubt that Iguana Cup is one of the best events in Honduras, , more pictures will be coming as we go with the event, make sure every one gets their sit in for next year and come enjoy an awesome event .

We don't know how to thank you enough for the fantastic time here in Honduras. You treated us all as royalty and we were honored to be here. Everyone was so nice and a pleasure to be with. We are already looking forward to next year!!

Had an amazing time and met a lot of new friends and we were treated with such generosity and I cannot wait until 2015 and many thanks to everyone over there that helped us with everything they did for us again THANK YOU from the bottom of my hart

What a great event. Thanks so very much to so many. I had a Ball!! The hospitality meter was pegged! Can not express enough gratitude to everyone who helped. The Honduran people were wonderful to us. We were treated like Kings. I made new friends, saw old friends, saw some great pilots and flying. I consider myself very lucky to have been included in this trip.

You guys really made me real like I was not just a visitor but part of the family. I could honestly say that never in my life have I been treated as nice as made to feel like part of the family and their team while attending any other event. Had an awesome time and hope to back next year
