I would like to welcome everyone to Warbirds Over Iowa 2015. This is our 12th year for the event, and it is always a lot of fun. Plenty of spectators show up to see the aircraft fly. You can sign up at RCflightdeck (no charge) and pay when you arrive. If you have any questions, I'll be watching this post.

Life got in the way again, I could not make the drive down to the event. I hope it went well.

Hot day with some crosswind, but the event went well and everyone seemed to have a good time. I'll post some photos when I get them.

The Cedar Rapids Skyhawks RC Club did another fine job of hosting their Warbird event over the weekend. The guys in the club were hustling the day before and all day during the event in the 95-100 degree heat (The humidity made it feel like a 110! or was that me?) making sure everyone was having a good time! Not only that, but when there was a lull in the flying, from either the heat or a turbulent wind from a front moving through, several members stepped up to fly to keep the crowd entertained. Hot Rod Todd and the Skyhawks know how to put on a consistently great show every year. Great job guys! Here are a mix of photos from John Dussold, Jeff Johnson and myself.http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110213http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110214http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110215http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110216http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110217http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110218http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110219http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110220http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110221http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110222http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110223http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110224http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110225http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110226http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110227http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110228http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110229http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110230http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110231http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110232http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110233http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110234http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110235http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110236http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2110237
