There will be a night flight on Saturday night. We will have mini glow sticks available to anyone wanting to try it.
Also there will be open flying all day Sunday. Many companies have really stepped in to help insure that this will be one of the best contests to attend this year. Here is the deal that Hobby Lobby has put together for the OKC 3D Extreme Challenge!! $500 bonus for the highest placing pilot in the freestyle event flying with an AXI motor! An extra $500 bonus ($1000 total) if that pilot places first in the freestyle event! WOW! Also there will be a Hobby Lobby "Hover to the Death" Match in which all pilots will pay to fly ($5 to $10) and the winner takes all! This is going to be a great contest! |

Hey guys, Josh Glavin and I (Steven Carroll) ordered up our plane tickets today and we'll be flying down Thursday to compete. Josh just had to convince me to go so we'll see how it goes, we're excited and looking forward to a lot of fun. Definately up for some night flying anytime[8D]. Please feel free to stop and say hi, I would like to meet you guys! Just look for Josh, Ill be next to him most likely with long hair. :)

\Just got home from Oklahoma City from the event. Just wanted to say it was awsome we had a great time. lots of fun. I will try to put what video I do have of it on the web before too long Anyways hope to see you guys throw another contest some time soon. |

Came home with more stuff in the car then what I came with! Came home with 2 2208/34's, a 2204/54, 3 phoenix 10's, 3 axi mounts, some big GWS outrunner, couple servos.... I'm loaded!
Had a great time, wonderfully run event by Jim Flannigan. Thanks again, will definitely be up for next year. Had a great time!!! |

I also got 2 axi motors (2208 34 and a 2204 ?) two jeti speed controls a powerline outrunner with a 18 amp powerline speed control. A prop balancer, 2 hats, 2 shirts, 2 jeti speed control programers. A couple framed awards, and 3 lipo batteries. O yeah a duralight lipo and lipo balancer. Wait I also got a yak shock flyer I think thats it I would have to look again but Jim F. did a bang up job. best event ever!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an awsome time! Im disapointed in my own flying but this is neither here nor there. Awsome contest Jim this will be a yearly trip for me I guarantee you that! you did a great job running the events. I have alota memories I will cary for the long haul....
