Hideho all,
OK, so we got a AMA sanctioned Funfly event Aug 9, Pilots meeting @ 9:00 am Skagit Valley RC Club in Lyman/Sedro Woolley.
Kind of last minuet but check out the prizes!
1st prize H-9 Funtana for the FunFly.
Raffling off a Seagull/Horizon hobbies Razzle and more.
4 mabey 5 events,
30 pilots, 15 committed thus far, call me with your RSVP.
Plane must have ailerons to compete. QHORS welcome!
Start/finish with the same plane unless you crash it/unrepairable. (Backups allowed)
Flying begins at 9:30 AM.
Food available.
10.00 landing fee.
Directions/more info are available at Performance Hobbies, Burlington.
15 miles East of the 5 fwy to Lyman.

Sounds great !! is this a different field than the one I attended a couple of months ago??

Would my giant hots be too big for everyone??? I know I can't keep up with the smaller brethern..... But it might be a gas seeing this one???

Sure thing Dan, it's a different field, and nicer too, I think.
Take the 5 North to Burlington. Take Hwy 20 East to Sedro Woolley.
Go 6 miles past Sedro Woolley to Lyman (still on the 20).
Once in Lyman(there is only one restaurant and gas station in Lyman) go past and take the first right, Hamilton Cemetery Road, go south.
Go one mile and stay Left at the Y.
You'll see the club on the right.
We are actually one hour closer to you than the Bellingham field.
And the Super Giant Huge Hots will be a competitive monster!
We'll have a great time.

Mike,

You are giving away all 4 prizes that Horizon donated for this event, correct? I spoke to Horizon and they told me they sent you 2 Funtana's and 2 Razzles for prizes for this event. You told them all 4 items were for your club event so you would be giving away all of them as prizes since they provided them for you under that premise at an extremely large discount.
