Red Fin Millish Model Diesel engines

I thought I would start a separate thread for these Red Fin brand engines.
I now own a couple of the Red Fin Millish Model Diesel engines in .030 displacement. One engine is a single ball race version ( SBR ). The other engine is their newest design a TBR twin ball race .030 displacement engine. The engines are Mills like, thus the "Millish" designation for them.
The engines can turn a 6x4 prop at about 10,400 RPMs and the instructions say to use a 7x4 prop, which is pretty awesome in itself for a .030 size engine. The 6x4 prop is more for speed though.
The engines were test run at the factory already and the settings were left as is. So if you don't mess with the settings, then it ought to fire up easily and run.
Red Fin is a business located in the U.K. They also sell .049, .06, .09 and .15 displacement size engines too.

As far as I can tell the engines are quite well made. They feel good when you turn the crank too. I have not run them yet myself.

Nice video, thanks for sharing Fiery. The Red Fin engines look to have inherited the easy handling and running ability of the old Mills engines. But they are a, more or less, new design. They have a similar look to the Mills engines, but are quite a bit different though. Much better and more improved in my opinion.

My Kompish in a 360 mm span Micro Goodyear, they fly well over grass with 8 metre terylene lines.
Finish is all over glass cloth & epoxy, letters on the bare balsa are printed tissue doped on before the cloth is applied,
Letters on the paint made with water slide decal paper.
