Default Thunder Tiger/DD .15 performance

Just testing a new engine, it is the Thunder Tiger .15 with the Davis Diesel head on it. It has about 1/2 hour of glow break-in on it, and then switched to diesel. Running Red Max standard (not Ball-bearing) fuel:

Master Airscrew props 8x4 13,900
8x6 12,700
9x4 11,380
9x6 9,600

That is right up there with the OS 15fp conversion, though lower than the numbers from the Conquest .15 conversion.

I have yet to test a "made for diesel" .15 that compares, though the CS Rivers (modified) comes closest.

ST G20-15's turn an APC 8 x 4 a 14,000, and Tornado 9 x 4 at 12,000 on Davis 1/2A fuel. So you have good usable power which should get better with running time.
