Default Refuel tank for hot country

I have a problem with the ether in the diesel fuel since we have 30 cel.deg.
I try a new close tank as you see (one pipe is deep to the bottom) any more idea and improvments ??
Thanks
Barkai

Barkai,

With both of my cans one side has a pipe to the bottom and in warm weather I put the can in a cooler or bucket with blue ice.

Hey Francis, my can works just like that. If not raining I'll be using it in the AM.
