Are the exaust ports aligned with the bolts or halfway between?

I assume you meant between the bolts. Now you can help me decide which is the better power for my Speedy Bee, TBR .19 or MVVS .15 D. The PAW seems to like a 10 X 4 , but the .15 is happier at much higher RPM, probably 8X4 or 8X6.

I have a PAW 19 and dont know the answer since it has
a collector ring that goes all the war around the engine.with
the muffler out the right side contact Paul Landels at Just Engines
on the net,he can answer tell him martin refered

Thanks guys , Installed the sleeve with the ports between the bolts,runs great.
